Returns & Exchanges: 30-Day Policy

Customer Service
Returns & Exchanges

If a jersey is not right, you can send it back. This page sets out what counts as returnable, what it costs, and how to start either a return or an exchange.

01The short version

  • Tell us you want to return or exchange a jersey and we will confirm it is eligible.
  • Jerseys must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags attached.
  • Customised jerseys with a printed name or number cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Email us before you post anything back — an unannounced return can sit unidentified in our warehouse and slow everything down.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

02Starting a return

Get in touch with us before you post anything back. We will confirm whether the item is eligible, send you a return reference, and give you the address to post it to. Nothing needs to leave your hands until we have replied — so the first step is always a message to us, not a trip to the post office.

What happens at each stage of a return.

03What can go back, and what cannot

  • Jerseys in original condition with tags attached
  • Jerseys that have not been worn, washed or altered
  • Wrong size, wrong colourway or simply changed your mind
  • Items that arrived damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered
  • Customised jerseys with a printed name or number
  • Jerseys returned without their tags
  • Jerseys that have been worn, washed, or had a print applied elsewhere
  • Items sent back without a return reference from us
The custom rule is the one that catches people out. A jersey printed with your name and number was made for you and cannot be resold to anyone else, so it is final once the order is placed. Check your sizing carefully before ordering a custom jersey — our sizing guide is the place to do that.

04How to start a return

Email us

Send your order number and the jersey you want to return to fanservice2026@outlook.com. Tell us whether you want a refund or an exchange — it changes what we do next.

Wait for our reply

We confirm your return is eligible and send you the return reference and posting address. Do not post anything before you have this, or we may not be able to match your parcel to your order.

Post it back

Pack the jersey as it arrived and post it within 7–21 business days. Keep your proof of postage — without it we cannot trace a parcel that goes missing on the way to us.

We process it

Once it arrives and passes inspection we issue the refund or dispatch the replacement. You will get an email either way, including if something is not eligible.

05Exchanging for a different size

Size exchanges work on the same timeline as returns and are free to request, subject to the size being in stock. Email us with the size you need and we will hold it if we have it before you post the original back — that way you do not end up returning a jersey for a size that has since sold out.

If the size you want is not available, you can take a refund instead, or we can tell you when we expect more. Exchanges are not available on customised jerseys.

06Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected, which takes 7–14 business days. From there it depends on your bank or card issuer — allow some time for the money to show up, and occasionally longer for international cards.

We refund the cost of the jersey. Original shipping costs are refunded only where the return is our fault, meaning we sent the wrong item or it arrived faulty.

07If we got it wrong

If your jersey arrived damaged, faulty, or is a different item from the one you ordered, none of the above applies to you. Email fanservice2026@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund without asking you to work through the standard return process.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and tell us straight away if the fault was not obvious when the parcel turned up, so we can raise it with the carrier while the trail is still fresh.

08Questions we get most

Who pays for return postage?
If the return is our fault — wrong item, damaged, or faulty — we cover it. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return postage is yours.
Can I return more than one jersey at once?
Yes. List every item in your email so we can log them together, and post them in one parcel if you can — it is cheaper for you and faster for us.
Do I need the original packaging?
Not the original mailer, but the jersey does need to arrive in resaleable condition with its tags. Repack it securely so the print is not creased or damaged in transit.
What if my return gets lost on the way back?
Keep your proof of postage. Without it we cannot trace the parcel, and we cannot issue a refund for a return that never reaches us.
