Track Your ProKit Order: Shipping Status & Updates

Order Status
Track your order

Look up your parcel with the tracking reference from your dispatch email. One box, both carriers and postal services, no account needed.

Reference is in your dispatch email Updates may lag after first scan

01Look up your parcel

Enter the reference from your dispatch email. It usually starts with two letters and ends with two, and it is case-insensitive.

Tracking lookuppowered by 17TRACK

Paste the reference exactly as it appears in your dispatch email, including the letters at the start and end.

02Reading the tracking

Tracking statuses read differently depending on whether the parcel is still in the origin country or has reached yours, and the wording changes again once a local carrier takes over. This is what the common ones actually mean.

What each status means and whether you need to do anything.

Quiet periods are normal. International parcels regularly go a few days without an update while they clear customs or cross between carrier networks. A reference that has not moved since the last scan is not the same thing as a parcel that has been lost.

03When tracking has not updated

If nothing has moved, it is worth asking us. We can open a trace with the carrier, and carrier-side systems show more detail than the public tracking page you and I both look at.

Check the reference

Reference typos account for a good share of "no information" results. Copy and paste it rather than retyping it.

Give it a day

First scans and handovers both create quiet gaps. A quiet reference on day one or two is not yet a problem.

Email us the order number

If it has been quiet for a while, send us the order number at fanservice2026@outlook.com and we will chase the carrier from our side.

We open a trace

The carrier investigates, and we keep you updated with whatever they come back with rather than leaving you to keep refreshing.

04Common questions

I never got a tracking email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first, then email fanservice2026@outlook.com with your order number and we will resend the reference.
The tracking says delivered but nothing arrived.
Check around your property, with neighbours, and with anyone else at the address. If it is still missing, email us the order number and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Tracking has said the same thing for days.
Quiet periods are normal, but if the reference has not moved for a long stretch, email us. Customs and carrier handovers both produce long quiet periods that resolve on their own.
Can I change the delivery address now?
Only before dispatch. Once it is in transit the address is locked, so message us immediately if you spot a mistake.
Do I need an account to track?
No. The reference from your dispatch email is all the tracker needs.

05Still need help?

If the tracker will not load — usually an ad-blocking extension getting in the way — you can look the reference up directly at 17track.net, or simply email us and we will check it for you. Either way you will get an answer from a person.

Parcel gone quiet?

Send us your order number and we will find out what the carrier is actually doing with it.
