How your order travels from our warehouse to your door: the stages, the time each one takes, how to track it, and what happens when something goes wrong on the way.

01The two stages of your order

A jersey order moves through two separate stages, and they add up. Knowing which stage you are in is the fastest way to work out when your parcel will land.

The first stage is preparation: picking your jersey, checking it over and packing it. The second is the journey itself. Customised jerseys add a third element in between, because the name and number have to be printed before the parcel can be sealed.

The stages add up. A standard order takes the processing time plus the delivery time. A custom order takes the custom printing time plus the delivery time. Plan from the total, not from either number alone.

02Stage one — order processing

Once your order is confirmed, we pick the jersey, check it for faults and pack it for transit. This takes 1–3 business days. You will get a confirmation email with a tracking reference as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start their processing clock on the next working day. During a season launch, when new jerseys land all at once, preparation can take the longer end of that window simply because of volume.

03Stage two — delivery

Transit takes 7–21 business days after dispatch. Two orders leaving our warehouse on the same day can arrive a week apart, and that is normal rather than a problem: the difference comes from how far the parcel travels, how the destination country handles incoming post, and how quickly customs clears it.

Typical transit for the destinations we ship to most. Treat these as the pattern, not a guarantee — customs and local carriers can add days at any time.

04Shipping costs and free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order, so the figure you see there is the figure you pay — there is no post-purchase surcharge.

We run a free-shipping threshold from time to time. The current figure is always shown in the banner at the top of the site, and it is the banner, not this page, that applies if the two ever disagree.

Duties, taxes and customs. Anything your own country charges on an incoming parcel is not included in what you pay us, because we have no control over it. If that matters for your budget, check your local import rules before ordering.

05Tracking your parcel

Every dispatch gets a tracking reference by email. Enter it below and you will see the parcel's progress as the carrier scans it. You can also use our order tracking page at any time.

Tracking lookuppowered by 17TRACK

Paste the reference exactly as it appears in your dispatch email, including any letters at the start and end.

The first update can take a little while to appear, because the carrier has to scan the parcel into its own network before anything shows. A reference that looks quiet for the first day is almost never a problem.

06When something goes wrong

  • Tracking has not moved in a while. Email us the order number and we will open a trace with the carrier — they can see more than the public tracking page does.
  • The parcel arrived damaged. Send us a photo of the packaging and the jersey. We replace damaged orders without making you work through the returns process.
  • It says delivered and it is not here. Check with neighbours and your local depot first, then message us. We will chase it from our side as well.
  • You gave the wrong address. An address cannot be changed once a parcel is in transit. Message us as soon as you notice and we will explain the options before anything is sent a second time.
  • Duties and import charges set by your own country
  • Delays caused by customs inspections or carrier network problems
  • Parcels held because nobody was available to receive them

07Questions we get most

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, if your order has not been dispatched yet — email us straight away and we will update it. Once the parcel is in transit the address cannot be changed by us.
Will I have to pay customs or import duty?
That depends entirely on your country. We do not collect it and cannot estimate it, and any charge is payable to your own customs authority rather than to us.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Some carriers accept them and some do not, which means we cannot guarantee it for every destination. Use a street address and you will avoid the question entirely.
What if nobody is home when delivery is attempted?
The carrier will usually leave a card and try again or hold the parcel at a local depot. If it is returned to us because nobody collected it, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt.

Need a hand with a delivery?

Send us your order number and we will tell you exactly where your parcel is and what happens next.
